Created a sell-side analysis on Lifeworks Inc. in the RCIF 2022 University of Toronto Small-cap Stock Pitch competition.

Created DCF model, analysis of catalysts and risks, and financial statement projections in a team of three.

Just months after the stock pitch on March of 2022, TELUS acquires Lifeworks Inc. for $2.3 billion at a price of C$33.00 per share.

This represents an 89% premium to the VWAP and just 5.5% below our target price of C$34.82.
